My work sits at the intersection of youth development, mental wellbeing, economic empowerment, and systems change. I build programmes, support mission-driven leaders, consult on youth programme design, and speak on the issues the sector needs to hear, from someone who has been inside the work, not just studying it.

R-WEF is a pan-African nonprofit registered in Nigeria (CAC RC: 9220982), verified by Google for Nonprofits, and governed by a Board of Trustees. It is built on a single conviction: lasting change only happens when you address the whole person.

Programme design and consulting
I design youth-focused programmes from theory of change through to full delivery frameworks, monitoring and evaluation systems, and facilitator guides. I also consult with organisations on how to build programmes that are designed for people, not just for donor milestones.
Eight years of delivering programmes across five countries, managing significant budgets, and building an organisation from the ground up means I have been inside the system long enough to know exactly where it breaks.

MindYourself at Dream Sports Africa
As Programme Manager for the MindYourself Programme at Dream Sports Africa, I led a two-year mental health initiative that reached approximately 20,000 young people across 40 secondary schools in Nigeria, in collaboration with the Secondary Education Board. The programme operated with a budget of $250,000 CAD.
That experience sits at the foundation of everything I now build at R-WEF and informs the consulting work I do with other organisations designing programmes for young Africans.
Inside a global institution
I work as Executive Assistant to the CEO of the International Association for Suicide Prevention.
This work gives me a front-row seat to how global institutions are built, funded, governed, and sustained at scale. Every lesson feeds directly back into R-WEF and into the consulting work I do.
24 Before Forever

Published on my 24th birthday. Written for every young African navigating the interior work of becoming, when the exterior still looks uncertain. It covers fear, money, grief, burnout, leadership, and the quiet discipline of building something real when the path is not yet clear.
